The newly launched Yoga Burn Program at Master Healing Yoga aims to help participants improve their health and wellbeing without any need for pills, powders or potions.

This new program consists of 3 phases that combine physical poses and breathing techniques with mental and spiritual practices. Each phase includes a series of different videos that ensure participants do not get bored or hit a plateau.

Unlike other programs, the Yoga Burn Programs takes a Dynamic Sequencing approach. This means that the program teaches students how to properly perform each movement and then continues to adapt and increase the challenge at the precise moment their body becomes used to the routine.

Participants are encouraged to complete three videos a week, with the option to complete a bonus video lesson. The videos are 45 minutes long and can be done anytime, anywhere.
