William Porti earns Federal Retirement Consultant℠ (FRC) designation to better serve federal employees as they prepare and plan for retirement. The firm uses a holistic planning approach to provide a complete plan which is specifically designed for our clients.

Federal Employee Advocates (FEA) is pleased to announce that William Porti has earned the Federal Retirement Consultant (FRC) designation.

Mr. Porti, Principal Advisor at Federal Employee Advocates office in Wexford PA, has successfully completed the comprehensive FRC training course and exam effectively demonstrating his expertise in the full range of federal retirement benefits.

These include the Federal Employee Retirement System (FERS); the Civil Servant Retirement System (CSRS); the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP); Federal Employee Group Life Insurance (FEGLI); Federal Employee Health Benefits (FEHB); the Federal Long Term Care Insurance Program (FLTCIP); and Social Security retirement benefits.

As a certified Federal Retirement Consultant, Mr. Porti helps guide federal employees in developing strategies for a financially-secure retirement by accurately identifying potential gaps in their retirement income and providing informed recommendations and solutions. Mr. Porti has been working with federal and state employees since 2012. When asked, Mr. Porti stated, “Earning the FRC designation shows my commitment to providing federal employees with complete and accurate information about their benefits and retirement options.”

The FRC Training Course is a program provided by FFEBA (Federation of Federal Employee Benefit Advocacy), an educational organization and registered vendor for the federal government, dedicated to enhancing nationwide literacy in federal benefits. FFEBA trains and certifies qualified professionals to build a nationwide network of ethical representatives highly knowledgeable in all federal retirement benefits.
