The six-week indoor league is designed for women who want a relaxed weekly golf activity with a friend, and it welcomes players at every experience level, from first-time golfers to regulars. Teams of two can sign up online or in person, with the only eligibility requirement being that at least one team member is 18 or older.

The Ladies’ League is a scramble-format indoor golf league with nine holes per week. Registrants will be placed in one of two groups: the A Division, which will play with standard full-length golf courses from ladies’ tee boxes, and the B Division, which will consist entirely of par-3 holes. Each team will have two golfers with no handicaps required; all teams will play on the same course each week with identical simulator settings, including fairway hardness, green speed, and course elevation.
During the Ladies’ League, teams have one hour and 10 minutes each week to complete all nine holes. A single score is posted per team, with points awarded based on weekly standings. Any holes left unfinished within the time slot must be recorded as bogeys. Mulligans are not permitted, though staff may use them to correct a glitched shot; unapproved use of a mulligan results in disqualification from that week, and a second offense results in disqualification from the remainder of the season without a refund.
Teams can schedule their weekly round on any day, provided all nine holes are completed by Sunday at 7 PM. If a team needs to miss a scheduled slot, at least 24 hours of advance notice is required to arrange a make-up session.
At the end of the six regular-season weeks, the top two teams from each division will meet in a head-to-head playoff round to determine the division winner. The A Division champion receives a $200 iSwing gift certificate, and the B Division champion receives a $100 iSwing gift certificate.
