Personal trainer Jacob Nadav is sharing live updates as he experiments with methods of extreme weight loss, before and after, body transformation.


Jacob Nadav, a personal trainer from London and the founder of the fitness brand MovementFirst, gained weight recently in a bid to challenge common perceptions held by the general public. It was all intentional, though. He ate junk food, swallowed cakes, drank soda, and avoided working out, so he could show the progress someone can make when following a smarter, well-developed plan by going through the process himself and documenting the results in real-time.


“Being fat, especially a fat personal trainer, is not fun,” Jacob Nadav said. “It’s ugly and it’s seriously unhealthy. I feel my libido, energy and mood are all suffering. I’m super sluggish, and even though I did it on purpose, I feel self-conscious.”


This week, he started his five-week plan to shed fat and get back in shape using four strategies:


• Carefully prepared program to improve mobility and fat breaking properties before allowing oxidation. This ensures loss of fat mass rather than water weight. • Meal-Plans that put the focus on Macronutrients rather than calories. • Improving Blood Flow to stubborn areas such as the stomach, back and arms. • Built-in protocols to improve the balance of Growth hormone, Cortisol / HSD, Insulin, Testosterone and more.


This is Jacob’s second time going through an extreme weight loss program. In 2014 he ran a similar experiment and created a program for others to follow. This time he’s refining the plan, and being more intentional about his carefully crafted protocols, nutrition, and exercise. “I want overweight individuals to know without a shadow of a doubt that this is the quickest way to lose body fat,” he said. Determined to challenge the mindset that pain is good or that it’s ok to sacrifice health in order to lose body fat quickly, he is willing to put his reputation on the line to prove otherwise.
