Van Buuren, who is currently ranked World No. 3 on DJ Magazine’s list for 2014, is the host of ‘A State of Trance’, a weekly radio show with a worldwide fan base which propelled him to international superstardom. Van Buuren has won a number of accolades throughout his career, including being ranked the World No. 1 DJ four years in a row by DJ Magazine in their annual Top 100 DJs fan poll. Since the radio show began in 2001, it has attracted 20 million weekly listeners in 26 countries, in addition to a large following of online listeners.

A highly accomplished DJ on the Electronic Dance circuit, Armin Van Buuren holds the record in the United States for most entries (21) on the Billboard Dance/Electronic Albums chart. In 2014, he was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Dance Recording for his single “This Is What It Feels Like”, an achievement which makes him the fourth trance artist ever to receive a Grammy nomination. His 2008 studio album, Imagine, entered the Dutch album chart at No. 1, a first for a dance music artist in Dutch music history.
