Tidewater Golf Club Is The Centerpiece of Myrtle Beach Elite Golf Package

For four straight years, this golf package has been one of the most popular in the Myrtle Beach area. Four perfectly selected golf courses to choose from for quality golf and exceptional value.

As players begin considering their options for a fall golf trip, the Myrtle Beach Elite Package, which features Tidewater Golf Club as its centerpiece, has risen to the top of many must-play lists.

The Myrtle Beach Elite package, which requires golfers to play a minimum of three rounds, allows players to choose among four outstanding courses and starts at just $275 per person. Tidewater, which has been ranked among the nation’s top 100 public courses, is the highlight of the deal but it’s complemented three of Myrtle Beach’s top 20 courses.

Arrowhead Country Club, Arcadian Shores Golf Club, and Prestwick Country Club help make the Myrtle Beach Elite one of the premier golf packages in the area. Tidewater, which features nine holes that play along either Cherry Grove or the Intracoastal Waterway, is as pretty as any course in South Carolina.

The holes that play along Cherry Grove attract much of the attention – holes 3, 4, 12 and 13 are unforgettable – but Tidewater’s closing stretch is as good a test as golfers will find along the Grand Strand. The par 5 16th, which plays to a green that backs up to the Intracoastal Waterway, offers the opportunity for birdie, but the final two holes will test the mettle of the best of players.

The 17th hole, an uphill par 3, plays 177 yards from the white tees and the shot typically plays into the wind. The closing hole, a dogleg left par 4 that stretches over 400 yards from the white tees, is the day’s most challenging drive and the marshy waters of the waterway play to the edge of the green, making the approach a daunting one as well.

A P.B. Dye design, Prestwick offers a stern test of golf and one of the strongest back nines along the beach. Arrowhead joins Tidewater as one of just six courses along the Grand Strand that play along the Intracoastal.

Arcadian Shores was acclaimed architect Rees Jones’s first solo design and following a 2018 renovation project that included the installation of new greens and cart paths, in addition to the construction of a new clubhouse, the course has been in outstanding condition.

No matter the combination of courses played, the Myrtle Beach Elite package will deliver a memorable golf vacation.
