This one-of-a-kind, monthly live broadcast gives listeners current healthcare news directly from industry insiders and healthcare leaders as Sean and his list of special guests discuss the world of compliance in the healthcare industry.


The first episode streamed live on April 16, 2021, and featured Robert Liles, JD, MBA, CPC as he and Sean Weiss discussed the changes in the Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS). This episode is now available on YouTube.


Highlights featured in this episode include a discussion on the revision of the definition “remuneration” as set forth in the CMP law, changes to the enforcement of the AKS, safe harbors, and more.
