The report explains that it is this attention to staff and detail that saw them recently ranked highly in the Gold Medal Service Awards. These awards are at national level and 120 footwear stores across the United States were judged and ranked by secret shoppers. Ranking 16 out of the final 70 nominees, they were the best store over the entire Eastern Seaboard for the second year running.
Happy Feet Plus state that their staff use a traditional sit and fit method help the customer find the perfect shoe to fit their needs and are guided through every step of the process.
