-- Qualigence International is celebrating their 21st Anniversary, which commemorates 21 incredibly rewarding and impactful years in business. This is a huge milestone for the Livonia, MI-based search talent optimization business, which has provided search and talent optimization services to CEO’s, business leaders, and Human Resources professionals since 1999.
Qualigence International got it’s start in 1999 when founder Steve Lowisz experienced how dysfunctional the recruiting industry was and vowed to create an entirely different business and delivery model that provided real value.
One of the earliest challenges Qualigence International faced was showing business and HR leaders that recruiting could be the catalyst for driving real company performance and ROI.
While every business of course faces challenges, some, like Qualigence International are fortunate enough to enjoy real successes, wins and victories too. Once such victory came when seemingly against all odds, and with so much competition, they quickly won business from many of the Fortune 100 companies that craved real change.
