According to the document, the university’s system was no longer supported by the developer, prompting it to seek a new provider that could integrate with its old systems. daylight was adopted as a "central back office application," connecting pre-existing management software and authentication systems.
"We didn’t want to change processes or start a major reorganization exercise, but instead map the existing processes one-to-one," a school official was quoted as saying. "In retrospect, the project can be described as very successful."
