The main food culprits working against human health are processed foods, sugars and unhealthy fats.
Healthy Dessert Recipes aims to re-educate its readers by providing easy-to-follow examples of popular dessert recipes converted to healthier versions where the bad ingredients have been swapped out, so that with practice at home, followers can begin to understand how to substitute and experiment on their own.
The new website features the most popular chocolate and paleo dessert recipes and desserts that are healthy but don’t detract from flavour, including cakes, brownies, muffins, cookies, mousse, truffles, macaroons and fudge.
