Today, Stu's Home Improvement Outlet announced a major warehouse expansion with a new warehouse and logistics facility at 2460 Kerper Boulevard in Dubuque.
The retailer has grown from under 5,000 to more than 20,000 square feet of showroom space at 9396 Bellevue Heights Road, and is now adding thousands of additional square feet of warehouse and logistics space off Kerper Boulevard to support larger purchasing volume and future growth.
The new facility provides expanded receiving, loading dock access, and the space to purchase larger truckloads of inventory at deeper discounts — passing even greater savings on to local families.
The company offers the same product categories as major big-box retailers at significantly reduced prices and with immediate in-stock availability. The expansion will create approximately 20 new jobs, doubling the company's workforce across sales, warehouse, logistics, e-commerce, and customer service.
