From new twists on classic cocktails to wines from some of America's most revered winemakers, Jason and the Post 1917 team have designed the bar area and beverage combinations to be as memorable as its acclaimed steak and seafood dishes.

A review in Boston Man Magazine says, “When you come to POST 1917 Steakhouse you are engulfed by the striking designs and layout of the restaurant and blown away by the freshness and delicious food on the menu. You recognize and appreciate the hospitality and friendliness of the staff.”

The drinks menu now features white wines such as Terras Gaudas O Rosal - an acclaimed aromatic Spanish wine made from a combination of Alabarino and Alvarinho grapes. Tasting notes highlight the bright citrus notes with undertones of jasmine, bay leaf, and brine. This drink provides an ideal companion to Post 1917's seafood dishes such as shrimp or shellfish.

The red wine menu features the Chateau Buena Vista Cabernet Sauvignon which hails from California's Napa Valley. Described as a rich and intense savory wine with velvety dark chocolate and cherry flavors and notes of cardamom and black licorice, the Chateau Buena Vista is a popular choice for Post 1917's renowned meat dishes - from filet and ribeye steaks to beef carpaccio and unique offerings such as Lamb Lollipops.

Cocktail fans will enjoy the Post Cosmo, made with cranberry and jasmine white tea-infused Corvus vodka with an orange blossom twist, the Barrell-aged Pear Negroni, or the Cider Donut Old Fashioned. There is also a selection of mocktails including the Fleur De Lis and the Negroni Sans.

The beer menu offers a selection of pilsners, IPAs, ciders, weiss beers, and the Mast Landing Gunners Daughter Milk Stout alongside staples such as Coors Light.

Patrons can enjoy the drinks menu in stylish surroundings. Post 1917 is a former post office that has been lovingly converted into a warm, welcoming, and eye-catching venue.
