On February. 24, 2018, Stonegate Builders helped kick off this year’s Spring Parade of Homes by opening their doors to three finely crafted new model homes. These Stonegate model homes, nestled in the outstanding communities of Village Preserve in Lake Elmo, Twenty-One Oaks in Woodbury, and Arbor Woods in Victoria, are open for the public to tour Thursday through Sunday from noon to 6 p.m. through March 25.
“You won’t want to miss stopping by a Stonegate Builders model home,” says Ryan Jones, Stonegate’s general manager. “Each detail in the home has been carefully crafted – from the open floorplan, to the beautiful design and thought-out details. You’ll learn about all the features that Stonegate Builders includes in comparison to other builders.”
Visitors can experience three different home design variations of the North Collection by Stonegate Builders. The homes range in size from 3,230 to 4,432 square feet. Outstanding details within these homes include over-sized windows, large dining areas off the kitchen, oversized kitchen islands, and professionally designed lighting packages.
As longtime players in the industry, Stonegate Builders knows how important location factors into any home decision, which is why the three hand-selected communities on the Spring Parade of Homes are worth a visit. Whether looking for small town charm, a suburban retreat, or a lakeside oasis, Stonegate Builders will connect buyers with an area that accommodates their personal lifestyle.
