The newly launched Velocity Small Business Summit 2020 presented by THRYV aims to help entrepreneurs and small businesses in the United States find reliable partners, vendors and the necessary knowledge to succeed in the current business environment.

A new survey from MainStreet America shows that 7.5 million small businesses will shut permanently if business disruption caused by the global health crisis continues at full strength. This means that small businesses need a plan and immediate direction to remain competitive.

During this pandemic, Mr. McNair and his team have helped more than 5,000 small business owners with free webinars, consultations and one-on-one guidance. They have created the Velocity Small Business Summit 2020 with the goal of helping businesses navigate the existing and post-pandemic business environment.

The Velocity Small Business Summit 2020 will gather many small business experts, entrepreneurs, hospitality icons, podcast celebrities, surgeons, accountants, security experts, sales gurus, as well as film studio owners.

Some of the speakers include Horst Schulze, co-founder of the Ritz Carlton, Ryan Millsap, founder of Black Hall Studios, fashion entrepreneur Dana Spinola, best Selling author Sam Collier, award winning author and marketing strategist Sangram Vajre, award winning surgeon Dr. Steven Bailey, national CPA expert Lisa Laday-Davis, comedian and actress Kiana Dancie, sales expert Brigitta Hoeferle, and music from the international band The APX.

J R McNair said: “It has been my mission over the past six months to ensure our small business community has the resources needed to thrive in these uncertain times. Now more than ever small businesses have to be one step ahead of tragedy and must create a more proactive approach to business.”
