With an increasingly fast-paced society with constant stimulation from the internet and gadgets, impressionable young minds especially can get anxious and stressed. By offering a diary designed to engage children in self-journaling and reflection, MVJ wants to promote healthy offline time that boosts sympathetic and valuable features.

"We wanted to create this journal so that kids of all ages can grow up to be good human beings with high self-esteem and a positive outlook on life," a spokesperson for the company said. "My Values Journal will help you teach your kids the value of hard work, honesty, compassion, self-belief, learning from mistakes, and many other important values in life."

With recent media reports on how social media and technology can impact children's and teenagers' mental health, it's clear that there's a need for strategies to handle the backside that comes with technology. According to the Child Mind Institute, mindfulness is a successful method for finding balance and calmness when social media or other platforms become overwhelming. Furthermore, the article suggests that mindfulness can be helpful to stay in touch with one's emotions while being online and to enhance self-awareness of feelings.

MVJ has various bundles to continue to self-growth journey once the journal is finished. The bundles have different themes: determination, compassion, and selfless services, teaching children from ages five to 12 how to incorporate these features into their daily lives.

A parent who bought MVJ shared a testimonial: "In the weeks since we began, I have observed a remarkable increase in self-awareness and a heightened enthusiasm for utilizing new learning tools and self-regulating techniques," Jaspreet said. "The challenge we embarked upon as a catalyst, propelling her personal growth to new heights."
