Self-Improvement Breakthrough with IST – Success Without Using Motivation or Will Power

"IST" - Instant Self Transformation - an unconventional and non-motivational self-improvement system that does not rely on people's motivation or will power.

Personal and business coach at win-win-win-jv.com has launched “IST” – Instant Self Transformation – an unconventional and non-motivational self-improvement system that does not rely on people's motivation or will power.

In an article reviewing self-help books and industry, Viv Groskop has raised some soul searching questions about the impact of self-improvement books, programs, systems and self-help industry:

It is an $11 billion largely American industry with 5 to 6% annual growth.

“While there may be plenty of derision for today's self-help books,” says Lamb-Shapiro, “they are part of an ever-expanding self-betterment market showing no signs of neglect.” However, she adds, publishing statistics suggest that 80% of self-help book consumers are repeat buyers, “which could indicate they are not helping”.

New York magazine's Kathryn Schulz bemoaned the inherent paradoxes of the genre: “In the 1,600 years since Augustine left behind selfhood for sainthood, we've made very little empirical progress towards understanding our own inner workings. We have, however, developed an $11bn industry dedicated to telling us how to improve our lives. Put those two facts together and you get a vexing question: can self-help work if we have no idea how a self works?”

Vamadeva Ramakrishnan, personal and business coach at win-win-win-jv.com said “although we are aware of these problems of the self-improvement industry from years of association with it, the statistics are real eye opener.”

Most of the conventional self-help books, methods and systems rely on motivation and repetition. One can rarely expect to have high motivation and persistence from clients who are struggling with personal problems and trying their best to quit smoking, lose weight, overcome phobias, develop better personal relationship and create financial freedom.

IST addresses these issues by not dealing with the symptoms – smoking, obesity, addictions, and phobias – but by dealing with the root cause of the symptoms – client's belief system. IST is more effective and has better success rate with clients simply by helping them identify and look at the belief system in a different way than they have been looking so far and come to terms with it, without relying on client's motivation or requiring them to perform any repetitive task or exercise after the session.

In most of the cases clients were able to resolve the issue with a single session, hence the name IST (Instant Self Transformation). The clients reported that they have been trying different self improvement methods for years or have had many sessions with therapists without any improvement, but were able to resolve the issue with a single IST session.

The first session of IST is free to anyone who is interested in finding out whether IST can help them, especially if they tried and did not have success with any other self-improvement books or systems at: http://win-win-win-jv.com/selfimprovementtips/
