Hale will be responsible for building strong relationships with local businesses in Wichita and the surrounding area. She will be the point of contact for current and new customers.
When asked about the decision to add the new addition to the team, Ariel Westphal, Marketing Director at Acumen Connections, had this to say: “We realized we needed another person… someone that enjoys working with others and who can identify solutions that meet our customers’ unique needs. That is why we are thrilled to have Cindy on board. She will bring a fresh approach to local relationship development.”
Cindy Hale brings 30 years of sales and marketing experience with her. Before joining the Acumen Connections team, Hale worked to provide sales and marketing for the food service industry. She worked with restaurants to identify different ideas and opportunities that could help grow their market reach in local communities. Before that, she worked in the dental industry, where she built relationships with many local dentistry. She worked with both doctors and their staff to help smooth their current processes, improve their productivity, and maximize their return on investment. In both of these positions, Hale honed her skills and areas of expertise, including communication, collaboration, rapport building, and savvy business acumen. Hale holds a Bachelor of Science from Wichita State University, located in Wichita, KS.
Cindy Hale truly values relationship building with her customers. She is great at understanding the wants and needs of the people she works with, and finding solutions that fit them. She has helped numerous companies find innovative ways to simplify their procedures and increase productivity. Her coworkers are happy to have such a fantastic new addition to their team.
