Background
Scott started out in Retail Sales and Management for the Fortune 100 Company Verizon Wireless. During his nearly 15-year tenure with Verizon, Scott held positions from Retail Sales Representation to General Manager of one of the top retail locations in the country.
Keever loved the fast pace environment of sales, but quickly realized he longed for more. In 2011, Scott began a successful document-filing agency generating thousands of dollars per day. From here, he learned PPC (Pay Per Click) and began successfully running campaigns on both Google Adwords, and Bing Ads. Although he enjoyed PPC, he discovered major inconsistencies with the revenue streams created from such techniques.
Introduction To SEO
Looking for something more long term and stable, he began to learn SEO (Search Engine Optimization). SEO is the art of helping a business appear on the first page of a Google search. Scott started studying SEO and enrolled in website development courses. With persistence, Scott began to excel in building ecommerce websites, and started using his SEO knowledge to rank his own websites on Google.
SEO became a passion for Scott and he developed the desire to become one of the best in the industry. He started signing up for every training and webinar he could in hopes of growing his knowledge of the industry. One of the first conferences that really made an impression was a seminar held by Alex Becker in Las Vegas. Scott networked with some of the best SEO experts in the industry and really started to turn his SEO career into something big. This networking event led to some powerful connections, which allowed Scott to join a few private mastermind groups and even became a member of the OMG group. The trainings provided by the OMG group are widely considered to be the best in the industry.
Starting A SEO Agency
After managing to generate really impressive results with his own SEO campaigns, Scott shifted his focus. His next objective was to utilize his knowledge and resources to start helping businesses grow.
