San Diego DOT Physical Exam Service Launched By Chiropractor Steven Jones

Dr Steven Jones, a chiropractor in San Diego, has announced the launch of a new physical exam service. It is offered for drivers and certified by the Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration to ensure it meets DOT standards.

A San Diego chiropractor has launched a new reduced physical exam service, certified by the Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration to do the required Department of Transportation physical exams. Drivers who take the new exam can expect to be back on the road within 30 minutes of their arrival time. Following this, they will receive two copies of their DOT physical form, once for the CDL and one for their employer.

More information can be found on the Steven Jones Chiropractor website at:

Dr Jones studied at California State University Hayward and went on to finish his doctorate work at Palmer College of Chiropractic-West in San Jose, California. Now he is certified by the National and California Boards of Chiropractic Examiners and specializes in the Palmer Method of chiropractic technique. This allows him to offer a personalized service to each patient he works with.

He explains that drivers looking to take their physical exam and receive their DOT CDL medical certificate should always look for the examiner’s license certification to ensure they have taken the required training and passed their final exam. This will be displayed on the wall or in the office of any trustworthy practitioner and can help to ensure that patients enter into the test knowing they’re in safe hands.

Drivers going through the test should expect to provide a urine sample, but otherwise don’t need to bring anything in particular to the exam apart from their driving license. Steven Jones says that all they have to do is fill out a one page health history form, then complete the DOT physical exam that he will administer.

In this test, the doctor will review the medical history provided, and check drivers’ height, weight, blood pressure, pulse rate, range of motion and breathing, as well as routine eyes and ears tests. Once passing the test, the driver will receive a medical certificate that they should keep with them at all times when driving a commercial vehicle.

Full details of the new San Diego driving certificate service can be found on Steven Jones’ website, where interested parties can get in touch using the contact details provided.
