Matrix Concepts LLC rebuffed local competition to fulfill their client’s renovation dream. The company consulted homeowners which dreamed of remodeling their circa 1930’s attic. Prior, the homeowners consulted several local contractors which labeled their renovation dream impossible.
When asked about the restoration’s plausibility, Michael Estrada, Owner of Matrix Concepts stated: “Anything is possible. I can take a vision and bring it to fruition. It’s all about the client’s vision… and providing that dream.”
Matrix Concepts commenced the “impossible” attic restoration mid-February, 2018. Posts on the local contractor’s Instagram, show the renovation is moving along schedule. Phase A Part One is currently in progress, Part Two plans to begin March 18. The homeowners reportedly “couldn’t be happier with the restoration development.”
