eVero Corporation, a leading software solution provider for the Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) sector has extended their service area to include California. As part of this expansion, I/DD Provider Agencies, Fiscal Intermediaries, Support Brokers, and Individuals across the state can now subscribe to the eVero platform to help them with their Electronic Health Record (EHR), Self-Determination, Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) and Medicaid Billing challenges.

eVero’s cloud-based SaaS platform connects the databases of different organizations and third-party financial and HR systems, facilitating fluid communication and complete transparency. This connected, ecosystem links the Individual receiving services with their network of care providers and circle of support, simplifying collaboration between team members while empowering the Individual to take charge of their own care. The platform automates workflows, streamlines management tasks and offers comprehensive reporting, from individualized metrics to big picture analytics. All data stored on the platform is fully encrypted, HIPAA and HITECH Act compliant, and accessible 24/7 via the web or mobile apps

“Every organization and service provider that is involved in an Individual’s care needs to be able to see the big picture in order to make the best decisions,” stated Christos Morris, co-founder and chief executive officer of eVero. “Our platform’s database acts as the central connecting point between providers and becomes the ‘single source of truth’ for care coordination across multiple models, agencies, and service providers.”

“Using separate systems for EHR, Self-Determination, EVV and Invoicing is inefficient, expensive and leads to visibility and accessibility issues,” added Constantine Morris, co-founder, and chief technology officer of eVero. “Our platform delivers one comprehensive solution that addresses all of an agency’s operational, financial, and compliance needs, and provides a level of reporting and revenue cycle management that’s unmatched in the industry.”

As part of this expansion plan, eVero recently partnered with CDSA (the California Disability Services Association) and sponsored the NASDDDS (National Association of State Directors of Developmental Disability Services) Annual Conference.
