Vincent Siew of Orangetee & Tie Pte. Ltd. reviewed MCL Land’s Parc Esta Singapore.
MCL Land acquired a 99-year leasehold site, Eunosville, on 31st May 2017. It has a site area of 34,997.8 square metres or 376,713 square feet. The land parcel is located along Sims Avenue and Changi Road, within the Geylang / Marine Parade Planning Area.
The site is easily accessible from Eunos MRT Station, which is less than 200m away. Residents will enjoy easy accessibility to all parts of the island as the site is conveniently linked to major highways such as Pan Island Expressway and East Coast Parkway.

Also the Government will work with community stakeholders to make Geylang Serai more culturally distinctive, Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong said, as he revealed plans to make the place “even more vibrant and special”.
In his Malay speech at the National Day Rally on Sunday (19th August 2018), Mr Lee said “we can do more to make Geylang Serai, a culturally distinctive precinct, stretching from the Tanjong Katong Complex, to Kampong Ubi CC”.
