Rank My Electrician (RME) is excited to announce this competition for the first time giving electricians the opportunity to be recognised as The Best Electrical Contractor of the year for 2020 in their city in Australia.
This is the only award in Australia that recognises electrical contractors who go above and beyond to provide truly excellent service for their customers. Rather than being judged by industry leaders, the criteria for the best electrician will be based primarily on customer’s 5-star satisfaction reviews.
To take part in this competition, the participant must be a qualified electrician, own a business operating in Australia and become a member of RME. To sign up as a member go to https://rankmyelectrician.com.au and Register then click on + Create Listing.. After creating a listing a subscription package with 2 options will be offered, a monthly option for $99 per month or yearly option for the discounted price of $990 (a saving of $198 annually).
The Awards will be calculated based on monitored reviews given during 2020 that customers have provided on Google My Business and Rank My Electrician website combined.

Melbourne, Victoria
Sydney, New South Wales
Brisbane, Queensland
Perth, Western Australia
Canberra, Australian Capital Territory
Adelaide, South Australia
Gold Coast, Queensland
Darwin, Northern Territory
Hobart, Tasmania
The most successful candidates who will be chosen to win will be the electricians with the best 5-star reviews showcasing their workmanship and customer service in their field of expertise. The award date will be announced on Friday 15th of January 2021.
