Pumped Up SUP Launches Store, Website and Products

Pumped Up SUP offers a line of Eagle River and other paddle boards. The Eagle River line features three inflatable models.

Pumped Up SUP is pleased to announce the launch of their new store specializing in inflatable standup paddle boards. The featured brand is Earth River SUP which is offered in three sizes. The owner of the outlet, Michael Katz, is a certified paddle board instructor who developed the boards with a professional whitewater inflatable SUP racer. More than two years of research, development, and field testing was to assure that every feature of the Earth River SUP boards are the highest performing options in the industry.

Whether the user is a novice or a professional, the Earth River Inflatable Stand Up Paddleboard offers a number of features which enhance enjoyment of the sport. The ability to inflate the boards on-site makes transport of one or more SUPs easy and convenient, as the boards can be folded up and placed in the trunk of a car or checked in on an airplane.

Commenting on the Earth River 9’6” Inflatable SUP, a reviewer said, “I am very impressed with the durability and rugged construction. I found it to be very responsive and easy to paddle. I have enjoyed using my new toy at the beach and in white water and I am really pleased that I could take it on the airplane for my last vacation”.

Earth River’s 11-foot x 34-inch model has been called the most versatile board available in the marketplace. It has been tested successfully by paddlers weighing as much as 320 pounds. The paddleboard is designed to take on rapids, waves, wind chop and other challenges. This SUP also has the capacity to take a family member with the paddler in comfort without losing agility.

The longest of the three Earth River models is the 12’6” by 32-inch Touring SUP. The board is intended to make covering longer distances faster and easier. Less effort is required to stay balanced due to the extra width and stable shape. A paddler and a rider together weighing up to 350 pounds can enjoy a paddle on the water.

Each of these models includes a newly designed pump with selectable high volume and high pressure modes to make inflation easier and faster, as well as double wall construction, integrated fin boxes and stainless steel D-rings and elastic cords for securing cargo. The boards share a 1000 denier drop stitch material material core which ensures that shape and rigidity are controlled and performance is on par with hard boards.
