Hollywood, CA / The Procter & Gamble Company (PG) and Men’s Health (MH) Magazine collaborated to create a ‘Daredevil’ marketing campaign featuring P&G’s award-winning consumer men’s grooming products featured in MH’s Winners Playbook.


A daredevil of sorts when it comes to capturing the perfect image, top celebrity photographer and commercial photographer Michael Grecco was commissioned to lead this creative joint advertising and marketing collaboration between Men’s Health (MH) Magazine and The Procter & Gamble Company (PG).


“I’ve worked with Michael Grecco for 22 years. I consistently go back to Michael because he has such an eye and such a talent that you really can’t put your finger on it,” said Jeff Griffith, Creative Director of Marketing and Advertising for Men’s Health Magazine.


Andre De Silva was a perfect fit as “The Daredevil” for the Men’s Health Magazine Winners Playbook. De Silva has been a Hollywood Stuntman for years appearing in numerous movies and television shows.

The Men’s Health ‘Winners Playbook’ features three winners in their respective fields that share with readers what drives their success. Advice coming straight from professional men at the top of their game. The playbook is positioned as a must read for every guy who’s in it to win it.


“If I can smell myself sweating, that’s a huge distraction. Good grooming helps me focus. I present myself as fit, young and healthy, so my grooming reflects that,” said Andre De Silva when asked about how personal grooming enhances confidence.

“Andre was fearless hanging precariously from a stunt rigging set up high above on a New York City rooftop. The challenge was it rained most of the day, and we finally had a break in the weather to get set up. Just as night was approaching, we captured several great images with the iconic New York skyline in the background,” said Grecco.
