Priority Online Property Inspection Reports Now Possible For UK Residency Visas

It is now possible to obtain a property inspection report for a UK visa application online and without co-ordinating a visit from an inspector, thanks to a new and unique Priority Online service.

The market leader in providing property inspection reports for UK residency visas has now made the process easier and faster for all applicants with the introduction of their Priority Online service.

All applicants for UK residency visas need to provide a property inspection report. This ensures that their future residence will not be overcrowded and they will not need to be rehoused by the state. Traditionally these have been completed by local councils who visited the premises in person. Due to ongoing cutbacks many councils are now cancelling these services.

This situation leaves many people unable to have physical surveys. As a result the Home Office has accepted reports based upon information provided by the applicants and verified by the surveyor.

For the first time it is now possible for a visa applicant or their sponsor to provide all the information and supporting documentation such as photos and floor plans online and receive a report within 10 days.

Jennifer Hartley, speaking for Immigration Property Report, said she saw this as a way to make the visa application process less stressful. “The whole visa process is time consuming and costly and arranging for inspectors to visit was always something applicants told us was difficult and stressful,” she said. “By making this online service available we not only remove the difficulty of co-ordinating visits but we also make it possible for those people with a short deadline to be certain they can get the report on time.”

Using the service is simple;

– First the applicant gathers their documentation about the premises. These might include floor plans and photos.

– Then they go to the website and complete a 5 page questionnaire. This also allows them to upload the supporting documentation.

– Once the information is received they go into the Priority queue where their information is first reviewed.

– If any clarifications are required they will be contacted and if not they will receive a draft report by email within 5 days.

– Once final payment is made the full report is sent to them by first-class post.

The questionnaire itself has been designed to be as straightforward and easy to complete as possible. It adapts to previous answers to hide or reveal questions as they are needed. This helps to eliminate confusion and make the process as stress-free as possible.
