Panama’s Mossack Fonseca Promotes Copyright Protection

The Intellectual Property Division of Mossack Fonseca has announced its involvement in Panama City’s inaugural Blogger Influencer Week, with the company seeking to utilize its presence at the event to generate greater awareness of the importance of copryright protection and content registration.

Mossack Fonseca has announced its Intellectual Property Division will play an integral role in the first-ever Blogger Influencer Week to be held in Panama City, Panama from February 19 – 26, 2016. The weeklong event seeks to celebrate and promote the contributions made by bloggers, with Mossack Fonseca participating in large part to raise greater awareness regarding the essential nature of copyright protection and content registration.


The event also promotes the viability of Panama as a worthy tourist destination, as the visiting bloggers are among the most influential and recognizable members of their field on both a national and international level. In seeking to assist these highly respected bloggers in avoiding some of the common pitfalls associated with blogging, Mossack Fonseca continues to demonstrate its firm belief in pursuing goals that benefit society as a whole in addition to its clients, employees and shareholders.


As the head of Mossack Fonseca’s Intellectual Property Division, Raquel Arauz delineated the manner in which the company seeks to achieve these goals during Blogger Influencer Week, an event she referred to as “avant-garde.” While praising the impressive and innovative nature of all of the parties involved in the occasion, Arauz explained the role of Mossack Fonseca in the event, reiterating the importance of “communicating and sharing the importance of copyright registration and protection,” as a part of the weeklong celebration to be held in Panama City.


In keeping with the spirit of innovation expected to be on full display during the inaugural Blogger Influencer Week, the company also announced the expansion of a variety of its related services.
