The main aim is to help local developments, residential and commercial be approved by council faster and easier by offering flat rate prices for all planning services, and submitting reports and paperwork quickly… but it does so, with a difference.

This is a problem because clients are left in the cold by not knowing upfront what the work will cost.”
So as a welcome breath of fresh air, Outlook Planning and Development will instead quote and provide a flat rate fee for development and planning services and keep overheads and expenses low, so clients get the best and fastest result for the best price.. Outlook Planning and Development chose to make this move because time is money, meaning the faster and more transparent the process of getting plans through council the better.
