Employees are honored with a specially marked parking place in front of the company’s offices and a monetary reward. With 46 employees, each month someone stands out for putting in extra effort, saving the company money, taking extra care of a customer, having a good positive attitude, keeping the trucks and equipment the employees work with clean, and going beyond the call of duty for the company.
For the month of November, Brownie’s honored Terri Grant as employee of the month. Terri has worked with Brownie’s for almost 13 years. Marc Barhonovich stated that “Over the last two months Terri is not only doing her normal job of receivables, and doing it well, but she has agreed to take on collections and is really doing a great job. She has an excellent attitude and is turning into a leader in the office and a great team player for the company as a whole.” Barhonovich also stated, “Brownies Septic and Plumbing recognized Terri as employee of the month for not only her hard work but also her positive attitude”.
