-- Optometric Physicians of Middle Tennessee have announced that optometrist Justin Reid, O.D., has joined their practice in Lebanon, TN. The addition of Dr. Reid will help further OPMT Vision Centers’ mission of guiding patients toward healthier eyes, allowing the location to accommodate more patients than ever.
“We are very excited to have Dr. Reid joining us,” said Richard Durocher, O.D., owner of OPMT Vision Centers. “He is an attentive and thoughtful doctor, which is reflected in his thorough care and compassionate way with his patients. I think he just loves getting to know people, and I know his patients will feel as comfortable and at ease with him as our team does.”
Dr. Reid graduated from East Tennessee State University with his B.A. in English. During this time, Dr. Reid met and shadowed an optometrist who showed him how he could improve countless lives in this profession. He went on to pursue eye care, earning his Doctor of Optometry from the Kentucky College of Optometry at the University of Pikeville.
“I’m honored to be joining a practice as dedicated to providing quality care as OPMT Vision Centers,” said Dr. Reid. “I am originally from Tennessee, and it means the world that I get to improve my neighbors’ lives. I’ve seen how well the team at Lebanon works together to make sure patients receive excellent care each day — and it helps that we have such great diagnostic tech,” Reid said. “I want new patients to know they can always expect world-class care from us, and that drives me every day.”
