Jeanne’s training program has already helped hundreds of consultants find their footing in an increasingly competitive industry, and she intends to continue this trend going into 2024. This latest update is one of several planned additions intended to bolster the leadership skills of her participants.
Leadership, as Jeanne explains on her website, is an important component of any business training, but may be especially helpful for those entering the consulting and coaching industries. A good consultant must be able to take charge of client resources, make and execute plans, and, potentially, direct multiple teams of people toward a common goal.
With this in mind, Jeanne is providing this leadership training alongside the mindset and business coaching she was already offering in previous versions of the program.
Her program shares knowledge and practical advice that she gathered over the course of her own highly successful consulting career.
This knowledge is available in the form of pre-recorded, learn-at-your-own-pace video modules, each addressing a different topic relating to the perilous early steps that one must undergo when developing a consulting practice.
Participants will then be able to further develop these skills in one-on-one coaching sessions with Jeanne, at which time she will help each client create an action plan and develop their offer.
Throughout the journey, participants are encouraged to share their progress in Jeanne’s online discussion group. This group is intended to be a place where success can be celebrated and good ideas can flourish, emulating what Jeanne refers to as the “genius zone”, a mindset wherein self-doubt disappears and confidence blooms.
