Minovi Dental welcomes their much missed Office Manager back to the office this month, after being away for maternity leave.
As the Office Manager, Erica’s job involves, greeting patients, overseeing insurance claims, helping to train the administrative staff at Minovi Dental, ensuring patients are seen on time, answering patient’s questions, seeing to the day-to-day affairs of the office; which involves managing the duties of the front-office staff (including the reception area), as well as helping to manage the duties of the dental assisting professionals, among other responsibilities. Each one of these duties is as important as the last in a dental office.
Erica has worked at Minovi Dental in downtown Washington DC, Dupont Circle area, for many years, and as such, has helped many patients in the DC area get through the treatment that they needed in order to get back to good oral health. Now that she is back from maternity leave, she looks forward to helping patients achieve that again.
As the Practice Manager stated: “A lot has been happening these past few months at Minovi Dental, as we have been expanding. Erica is a valuable member of our team, and was very much missed. We welcome her back!”
Minovi Dental indeed has been expanding. Recently undergoing an office remodeling, the hiring of new staff, and another doctor, their Dupont Circle dental office has been keeping up with the high demand of expert dentistry in the Washington DC area, and continues to do so. Delivering services ranging from standard checkups and cleanings, and tooth-colored filling procedures, to more complex dentistry such as dental implants, porcelain veneers, crown work, and Invisalign.
The administrative staff in a dental office are the support team for the dentist. They keep her doing what she does best by attending to the distractions of day-to-day affairs, scheduling, and patient finance. Erica was the driver of that team, and the staff are glad to have her back.
