On Zum Königstuhl’s menu, customers can find Half-Half Fondue with Gruyère, known for its mildly nutty flavor and hint of sweetness, and Vacherin, a creamy semi-soft cow’s milk cheese with earthy undertones. These are combined with white wine, cherry liquor, garlic, and spices to create a rich and layered flavor profile.
For a more indulgent dish, customers can opt for a four-cheese fondue, or a variety enhanced with bacon, morel mushrooms with a meaty texture, or black truffles, prized for their deep, intense aroma. Zum Königstuhl also offers cheese fondue made with iconic Bollinger champagne.
