Spring, Texas Top Roofer and Roofing Contractor, I ll Do It Roofing, has released a new video on their YouTube channel discussing the problems found with improperly installed Flashing.
Steve Dias, Owner of I ll Do It Roofing, said that the biggest problem for homeowners that he sees when performing countless roof inspections each year is the problem of improperly installed flashing. I am excited to make a video letting homeowners know about one of the biggest problems we find and a leading cause of water damage and roof leaks. Homeowners need to be made aware of the pitfalls of hiring the wrong contractor and the potential risk for future water damage if the contractor they do hire does not install the flashing properly.
Mr. Dias went on to say that much of the repair work and water damage repair work we are hired to fix is due to improperly installed flashing.
