Many students, after attending the CMSP-MTC motorcycle training class at the Palmdale High School training site, expressed interest in group motorcycle riding. Many of them were planning on riding in groups and wanted to educate themselves specifically to riding in groups. There are some accidents that are specific to group riding that are caused due to a lack of education by the group members not familiar with the group riding scenario. Our mission at Top Gun Motorcycle Training is to help reduce crashes and fatalities in California through proper education.
The Motorcycle training in Palmdale seminar has been in the planning stages since early this year. Geared towards riding safely in groups, Rick Ford was the sole inspiration for making the free seminar possible. Through his insight and knowledge of the motorcycle rider, he believes that this will add great value and increased safety to the community.
The Motorcycle Training classroom in Palmdale will be released as part of Top Gun Motorcycle Training’s greater plans to give back to the community by providing an experience that will educate and, ultimately, save lives. Rick Ford, one of the owners, says that “the more aware a person is on the road, the safer they become. Not just for the motorcyclist but the people around them. The more they learn as a motorcycle rider, the stronger they are on the road.” Top Gun Motorcycle Training encourages anyone who loves riding to take this motorcycle training seminar, especially if they are a club rider or plan on riding in a motorcycle club.”
Top Gun Motorcycle Training schools got its start when founders, Rick Ford and Dave White, noticed growing need for higher education and better understanding and awareness of situational motorcycle riding. Rick Ford has over forty years of riding experience and twenty years of teaching motorcycle training. He also has given many years of service to our nation in the Armed Services. Dave White has over 25 years of riding experience and ten years of teaching motorcycle training. Rick and Dave, with a deep love for motorcycle training, riding, and ties to the community opened the Top Gun Motorcycle Training Schools in 2015.
Rick Ford is quoted as saying, “Top Gun Motorcycle Training likes to do things like these seminars to connect with our customers. Seminars like this help to bring whole communities of riders together. As the leaders and other members of motorcycle clubs invite their other members to attend, they are showing that they care about safety on the road. The Company loves reaching out to them, and they reach out to others, and that is what makes the difference. Top Gun Motorcycle Training’s group riding seminar will currently be held at their Palmdale Motorcycle Training Center.
