This is the 7th book Drummond has authored. The book was written with the aim in mind to help those with chronic jaw pain find relief. There’s also particular excitement about this launch because it offers free remedies for jaw pain relief that include stretching, not medication..

Dr, Karin Drummond, graduated with distinction from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Science Degree. She finished the four-year doctorate of chiropractic degree at the University of Western States in 2000. She is a certified yoga instructor, scuba diver, and private pilot. She enjoys rock climbing, wake boarding, trail running, and salsa dancing. . This helped shaped the creation of the book by a passion for helping those with pain find relief.


When asked about why she wrote the book,Dr. Drummond said: “patients have told her for years that she needed to write a book because she is such a great source of information on healthy living. Once she discovered how easy it was to publish a book, she decided to take advantage of this medium to help spread her thoughts on living well. “


Dr. Drummond has hopes that the book will help spread her thoughts on living a healthy pain free life. This positive outlook from the author is certainly testament to her optimism considering some of the mishaps during its creation. At one point wondering if she had the time outsid eof work and family to write another book.


In a recent interview, the author made a point of thanking her husband, “for being awesome at everything, especially at adjusting spines.” for their part in the creation of the book, saying: “her prolific and published daughter, who infected Karin with the writing bug. My son for being gentle with me when I was hurt” She also of course, thanked her patients.
