Netstar, the London-based IT support company, has been selected as a finalist for the Services Company of the Year Award for the UK IT Industry Awards 2020. The awards recognise the best companies and professionals in the technological sector. —
The Services Company of the Year award is one of the Organisational Excellence awards given by the UK IT Industry Awards. The award goes to organisations that have shown excellence in supplying IT services, delivering value, and helping their clients to achieve success in business.
Finalists for the award have had to prove a high level of customer satisfaction and demonstrate specific ways their clients have benefits from their services over the last 12 months. Netstar achieved their place as finalists by submitting a written application outlining how they delivered IT excellence and customer satisfaction in 2019 and 2020. The judges assessed each entrant against specific criteria.
Each finalist has been assessed against the following criteria:
- Professionalism - the ability to meet and exceed objectives and provide quality customer service
- Excellence - exceeding client and customer expectations
- Innovation - using innovative approaches and technology to enhance business practices
- Measurable success - evidence for the performance of the business, its ability to achieve objectives and delivery of IT excellence
Across each of these four criteria, Netstar has demonstrated the company's success over the previous 12 months.
COVID-19 has not stopped this year's awards, and the virtual judging day for the Organisational Excellence awards will be held on Tuesday, 15 September. The awards will be held at Evolution Battersea London on Wednesday, 11 November, with a black-tie event to mark the occasion.
