Mindfulness Space Launches New Website

Mindfulness Space is pleased to announce the launch of its redesigned website (www.mindfulnessspace.com.au).

The new website was launched to coincide with Australian Mental Health Week. With one in five Australians affected by mental illness, awareness and early intervention strategies are an effective method to mitigate the growing concern that anxiety and depression present within the Australian community. 

 The new website has been designed to ensure visitors are provided with up-to-date information on the numerous mental health benefits that mindfulness training can offer to workplaces, community groups, sports clubs and schools. 

Mindfulness is the act of maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of one’s thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations and the surrounding environment – all without internal criticism. Essentially, mindfulness is the practice of intentionally being aware of the present moment without judgement or attachment. 

Mindfulness training as delivered by Mindfulness Space has been scientifically proven to reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus, enhance interpersonal communication and strengthen emotional resilience. Private one-on-one mindfulness training is also offered by Mindfulness Space via Google Hangouts.
