Midtown Dental’s Modern Office Facade Reflects Innovative Patient Care Inside

Construction finished on the building facade of Midtown Dental's office at 29th and G streets. The new gray and off-white exterior features a wood-paneled awning that guides patients inside. The design was influenced by Midtown Dental owner Dr. Jenny Apekian's work as an artist.

Midtown Dental recently completed the new building facade to improve what was already one of the best dental offices in Sacramento. The new facade reflects the high level of modern and cutting-edge care patients have come to expect from our team.

Dr. Jenny Apekian, owner and lead dentist at Midtown Dental, played a vital role in designing the building’s new exterior. An artist herself, Apekian, said she wanted the facade to be simple yet elegant, with a pop of color to match the interior office design while improving the neighborhood’s curb appeal.

“It seems that we have been working through construction for the last five years,” Apekian said. “The initial build-out was completed in January 2017, and we expanded the interior of the dental office in January 2020. It took nearly a year to complete the exterior remodel.”

Dr. Apekian’s methods are heavily influenced by her work as an artist. Her attention to detail and genuine care for her patients sets her apart in the Sacramento dental industry.

As a strong proponent of the latest technologies in dentistry, Apekian said the facade never quite matched all the innovations used to treat patients in the office building at 29th and G streets.

But now, the exterior of 2831 G Street will grab the attention of people passing by, beautify the area and solidify Midtown Dental as an office providing modern and advanced dentistry with an artistic approach.

Our Sacramento dentist office occupies 4,800 square feet on the first floor, allowing us to treat multiple patients simultaneously and house the latest technology in dentistry.

Our patients can receive a majority of their oral health care treatments in one location, from routine dental exams and cleanings to more extensive procedures, like our CEREC “One-Visit” crowns for teeth, dental implants, Invisalign teeth straightening, and more.

Thank you for supporting and referring Midtown Dental as we’ve grown through the years. It hasn’t been an easy endeavor, but we’re glad you’ve stuck with us through the COVID-19 pandemic and our growing pains.

“In the end, we couldn’t be happier,” Dr. Apekian said. “I think Midtown Dental is finally complete. Both patients and team members are thrilled.”
