Designed for straightforward integration, the Winch-Style Grille Guard accommodates up to a 16.5k winch and is compatible with most winch brands. The unit includes a forward-tilting mechanism that allows full hood access—an essential feature for trucks with a tilt body. A locking system using OEM-style latches and safety pins secures the grille guard in place during use.

Each grille guard is built from 1.9-inch, 14-gauge tubing for the headlight protection bars and features 2.5-inch cross tubes for additional strength. The center screen is laser cut from 18-gauge material and all units come finished in a black textured powder coat. The fully welded assembly is designed to deliver long-term durability for work trucks under daily stress.
The included winch tray supports winches like the Mile Marker 76-50260W and 76-53260W, capable of handling up to 15,000 lbs. Both steel cable and synthetic rope options are compatible, depending on fleet or operator preference. Each tray supports a 4.5" x 10" bolt pattern for mounting.
