Medicare Health Benefits call center in Nashville is adding 60 jobs. The job openings are for Licensed Insurance Agents, Customer Service Representatives, and Quality Assurance representatives.

NASHVILLE, TN — Medicare Health Benefits is adding 60 full-time call center jobs in Nashville, TN. Interviews have begun for the following positions:


-Licensed Insurance Agent


-Customer Service Representative


-Quality Assurance representative


-Contact Center Supervisor


These roles will offer direct support to a new Healthcare client to address the changes social distancing is having on consumer engagement and education.


MHB President Anna Rothaar said the pay is competitive to the local market: $16.82 per hour for English-speaking agents and $17.82 per hour for those who speak both English and Spanish. Supervisors and licensed agents earn more. Health insurance and PTO is available to all eligible full-time employees.

Candidates must have exceptional communication skills and be computer proficient. Prior experience in insurance sales and customer service is a plus.
