This new range of products was developed to give consumers a healthier alternative to typically low-fibre, high-carb foods, such as pizza, pasta and bread.

Farm Girl’s new low-carb range includes six varieties of flours to make pizza, noodles, pastries, bread and Michelin-starred chef-approved pasta. Each package of flour comes with simple preparation instructions and serving suggestions.


Farm Girl uses a unique mix of high-fibre, high-protein ingredients to reduce net carbs to as little as two grams per serving. All products are suitable for the keto diet and are certified non-GMO.


The company also produces low-sugar cereals, granolas and porridges in flavours such as salted caramel, cinnamon maple and strawberries and cream. Several flavours are vegan, gluten and grain-free.


Farm Girl’s nut-based baking mixes are made with a proprietary sugar substitute that is diabetic-friendly. Varieties include lemon poppy seed loaf, devil’s chocolate cake and vanilla pancake and waffle mix.

Inspired by the founder’s upbringing as the daughter of two Italian immigrants, Farm Girl was founded in 2019 in the basement of a Toronto apartment. It has since grown to a rapidly expanding company based in Mississauga with a range of more than 25 products.
