The doors are created with proprietary hardware consisting of Delrin polymer rollers and bottom tracks, which enable smooth and easy operation regardless of the size and weight of the finished product. The doors are fabricated with lightweight 6063-T6 aluminum, a weather- and corrosion-resistant metal that contributes to both ease of use and durability. Additionally, because each panel is fitted securely into the bottom track and surrounding double v-gaskets, the doors create a seal that prevents air and water infiltration; customers may also request hurricane-rated glass and thermally broken profiles, which will improve security and reduce heat transfer, respectively.
