Winter is finally over and spring is coming to Montreal. Winnie’s Bar Restaurant has announced their live music line-up for the month of April 2019. The second level of Sir Winston Churchill Pub Complexe hosts live entertainment starting on Wednesday and continues through to Saturday. Here is the line-up for April:
A familiar group to Winnie’s Bar Restaurant, ‘Take 2’ starts off April 3rd and plays again later in the month on Wednesday, April 24th.
The Jones will be playing at Winnie’s on Thursday, April 12th. This group have been performing monthly for the crowd a Winnie’s for some time now.
‘Rock & Roll Casualties’ returns again for three dates in April. They will be playing Friday, April 26th, Saturday, April 27th and a Wednesday appearance on April 17th.
The ‘Bud Rice Band’ will be on stage Saturday, April 13th. The ‘Bud Rice Band’’ are establishing themselves as a group that provides a great night of music and dancing.
‘Newbrand’ is back on April 11th. We welcome this group back once again. DJ Shamrock will be on deck Wednesday, April 10th.
‘The Dwane Dixon Duo’ will be on stage Thursday, April 18th.
‘FM’ is back again by popular demand and will play on Friday, April 19th and Saturday, April 20th
One of Winnie’s favourite groups, ‘Smoke and Mirrors’ is scheduled to entertain the crowd on Thursday, April 25th.

The management also wants to remind their guests that DJ’s are downstairs at Sir Winston’s Churchill Pub every night of the week to provide Montreal’s best dance music from 10 PM to 3 AM. Also note Winnie’s Bar Restaurant has DJ Shamrock on Thursday, Friday and Saturday to provide great music during the band’s breaks so the music never stops.
