Laurie Phillips has been selected as Inquirer’s 2018 Influencer of Real Estate Winner!
Real Estate leaders will be honored at the Influencers of Real Estate Awards, presented by PNC Bank, on Wednesday, December 11, 7:30am – 10:30 am, at the Crystal Tea Room (100 E Penn Square, Philadelphia, PA 19107).
Winners bring a mix of credentials, viewpoints, and backgrounds from all walks of the Real Estate Industry. From the countless nominations, Laurie was selected as part of 15 winners who will be honored at an awards ceremony, as well as profiled in a special section on the Sunday Inquirer which will reach nearly 1 million readers.
The program will feature a thought leadership panel discussion will highlight the impact Philadelphia’s real estate trends, economic impacts, and growth.
Across her 38-year career, Phillips has collected numerous top honors and distinctions. Laurie was the #1 Individual Agent in the Philadelphia Region for BHHS Fox Roach Realtors. Nationally, she is among the top individual agents in the Country for BHHS Fox Roach Realtors.
Originally from a suburb outside Manhattan, and now a proud Philadelphian since 1974, Phillips studied painting and design at Philadelphia College of Art (now the University of the Arts) before entering the city’s real estate space. She started in familiar territory with commercial real estate, but soon after transitioned into residential to have more personal contact with her clients. She credits her background in design and the fine arts with her keen ability to redefine how people use living spaces.
