PHILADELPHIA, PA -The California League of Independent Notaries, a non-profit business league for independent Notaries, announced today that Judith Lawrence of Center City Notary was named the first ever recipient of The Honorary Master Notary Award.
The CLIN annually recognizes notary entrepreneurs who demonstrate exceptional skill as a Notary Public, displays outstanding community leadership and brings value back to the profession. Judith Lawrence is a respected leader in the notarial community and is being honored for her tireless service to her customers and innovative leadership to her colleagues.
Judith is the Founder and CEO of Center City Notary & Apostille Co. where she serves as a Notary Public, an Apostille Agent and a Certified Loan Signing Agent. She has developed an expertise in Apostille and International Document Services. Judith also founded the Lawrence Institute for Notaries (“LIN”), which is a teaching institute and mentor organization for notaries and apostille agents throughout the United States.
