“By focusing on each other’s diverse needs and being civil to one another, our words and actions can build bridges.” – Jessie Lin Brown

Whether it’s in our communities, schools, governments, workplaces and even our homes, incivility is becoming a serious problem and Jessie Lin Brown, CEO of JLB Image Consulting in Taiwan, is committed to being part of the solution. Over the past three years, Jessie has been steadfast in studying, learning and practicing civility. In July of 2017 Jessie’s hard work paid off as she successfully passed all of the required exams and completed over 200 hours of additional study and requirements to achieve Master Certified Civility Trainer (MCCT®) designation. The credential is internationally validated by International Civility Trainers’ Consortium and recognized world-wide as the pinnacle of achievement in social competence and civility training. As one of only eight Master Certified Civility Trainers in the world, Jessie joins an elite group of highly sought after experts in the field. She is now authorized to deliver the certification programs, keynotes, and advanced civility training throughout Taiwan. Jessie is also the founder of the Sino Civility Society in Taiwan, which seeks to spread and promote the message of civility across the country.

Jessie was mentored by Civility Experts Inc. CEO Lew Bayer, who is the international liaison for the International Civility Trainers’ Consortium. Lew states, “It has been my privilege and pleasure to mentor Jessie and I am so proud to have been a part of her achieving this highly-esteemed designation. Jessie is someone who truly practices what she preaches and so I have every confidence that she will be a positive contributor to building civility in her network, with her clients, and throughout Taiwan.”
