Jennings Real Estate completed sale of one of Western Massachusetts' largest commercial real estate transactions this year. The Northampton Commercial Portfolio includes 11 prime parcels & seven leased buildings in downtown Northampton.

Jennings Real Estate (JRE) announced the successful completion of a $9.375 million strategic sale of the Northampton Commercial Portfolio, a collection of generationally owned commercial properties in Northampton, Massachusetts. The transaction, which closed on October 2, 2024, encompasses 11 parcels across 6.833 acres and includes seven fully leased buildings situated in one of Western Massachusetts' most dynamic commercial zones.
