DiVino Wine Studio is equipped with an Enomatic wine system which is a machine that seals wine bottles and dispenses wine in various-sized servings. This state-of-the-art machine is a cylindrical table-sized unit within which bottles of wine are arrayed behind glass, with pouring nozzles protruding and flashing LED screens above each bottle. This systems allows a bottle of wine to be preserved for up to 4 weeks and also allows for various wines to be bought by the glass without any waste.
Five Course Chef’s Tasting Menu – The chef’s menu can include gnocchi, soft and luscious sweet potato bites, or risotto, made to order, with fennel sausage and scarmoza cheese. This can be followed by a AAA rib-eye or fish of the day. Also available are vegetarian options.
